How many leads will I get per month?
Lead volume varies by ZIP code based on population and demand. Higher population areas typically generate more leads. On average, contractors see 3-8 qualified leads per territory per month, though this can vary seasonally.
What if no one else has claimed a territory?
That's great for you! If a territory is unclaimed for your trade, you can lock it in now before a competitor does. Once claimed, it's exclusively yours as long as you maintain your subscription.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! You can pause any territory from your dashboard. While paused, you won't be charged and won't receive leads. Your territory remains reserved for up to 30 days. After that, it becomes available to other contractors.
What trades do you support?
Currently we support HVAC (heating, cooling, ventilation), Plumbing, Electrical, and Roofing. Each trade is sold separately per territory, so an HVAC contractor and a plumber can both own the same ZIP code.
What areas do you cover?
We currently serve Central Pennsylvania, including Harrisburg, Lancaster, York, and surrounding areas. We're expanding to new regions soon - contact us if you're interested in a specific area.
